If you can watch this and not laugh at Norm MacDonald's Sid the porn director or at least admire Nicky Whelan's tough beauty Diane, you're eating too much filet mignon. It's a pretty good hamburger, Pam Anderson cameo and all.
shareI just watched it and had a lot of fun. Norm MacDonald stole every scene he was in. I was also surprised by just how endearing the flashback scene to the mall where Kattan and Whelan first met was.
sharei was thrilled to see norm macdonald appear, my favorite line was "like he hasn't seen the light of day in 8 years", he wasn't featured on the cover, the two other actors that were disappeared after the beginning of the movie, how odd was that, it didn't dawn on me until after i had finished watching it and looked on the cover again that the supposed leads disappeared after the opening and the main roles aren't featured in the main credits or cover. funny but a bit of a downer that norm macdonald seem to always play smaller parts in movies, atleast of what i've come across, i can't recall ever him being in some big part, except maybe in the movie dirty work.
