Mid movie there was an 80s video shown to Gregs class about making friends with a guy breakdancing. this almost seems like a real video shown to kids because it seems familiar. I went to school 1980-1993
I looked and they are listed in the credits as 80s kids so it was made up!

It was a parody of the NBC Public Service Announcements "The More You Know," with similar looking graphics. The Brock Brannigan, P.I. guy is a parody of Magnum, P.I.

I was born in the 80s and it was very easy to tell that it wasn't a real 80s vid.
