Whale watcher boat sinks. Whales do nothing to assist.

Pity whales have no self-righteous television shows of their own on which they can pretend to be caring heroes. "LOOK! The people are thanking us"

I'd think the SS supporters would do what they usually do with the SS: 21 of those people didn't die, so the whales saved 21 people just by being there!

But then you make the point that there were no film crews and that does make the whales just like the SS...
