'A Friend of the Deceased,' 1997

Has anyone also seen the film "A Friend of the Deceased," made in 1997, set in Kiev (but they all speak Russian)? It deals with hit men. There is somewhat of a similarity. I would recommend that film for anyone who enjoyed "Ghost."
