Not even close to a Bourne movie

That's the title of the review made by parallel_projection from United States on 16 August 2012.
I entirely agree. The film I saw last night was disappointing, too long and rather boring (I had to give up after an hours-time or so). Nothing to do with two first Bourne films I have seen.
