I have to admit that I am kind of lazy keeping track of characters and precise happenings so I usually spend the first 30-45 minutes getting on board most contemporary films which make of point of not assisting such efforts. Well, this movie is the ultimate case. I spent the whole movie confused about the characters and the timing of events (future / past). That having said, the acting, rythm, emotions, pathos were all excellent and whatever chunks of plot I could lay a hand on were fully enjoyed.

Yes, this is one of those films you'd need to watch several times to sort out.

I was so incredibly not into this movie the first half hour. It was the cinematic equivalent to the task of cleaning a bathroom. However, something clicked and I actually started to like it although it's far from the best thing I've seen.

I also was confused with the timing. I think the key with this one is to care about the characters and what happens to them.
