Any Information?

Does anybody have any production information on this one at all? The Call Of The Wild has been my absolute favorite novel since I was old enough to get through a novel. I honestly can't imagine ever finding a book that I'll ever like as much.

I've seen an old film version and liked it. I'm excited to see this one though. I'd love to know what's been cut out, changed, how they're doing certian scenes, etc.

The description for this movie doesn't sound anything like "The Call of the Wild" I remember as a child. It was a movie with Clark Gable and based on the book by Jack London. All in all, I'll probably watch it anyway for the scenery and new storyline.

It's not a straight ahead retelling of the classic story, but uses it as a running reference through out. It's a different take that was cool.

The critical thing to notice is that the Jack London novel is "The Call of the Wild," while this movie is "Call of the Wild." The missing "The" may just be a word, but it is enough. The novel is used as a frame for the story, but this is NOT a movie version of the novel.
