the truth about this film

ok so first off i was prepared to give this film the benefit of the doubt despite reading lots of negative reviews etc.i picked up the uk dvd cheap and sat down to watch it.....let me tell you in no uncertain terms that this film is amazingly awful.it is of course very low budget which i can go along with but the acting is laughable the fx are pathetic and it's not far off bloodless and the story is utter rubbish.hardly any squibs on zombies being shot....rubbish deaths and it is a bore fest.avoid at all costs.

Well it's still the best zombie movie since DOTD 2004

i liked it could have been more violent yes but it was fun, what i didn't like is there was too much talking,BUT get drunk and watch this and you are in business!

My gosh! The guy says he likes the movie and you pretty much try to thrash him because of it. This movie is just like all the others, you know the beginning, the middle and the end already , there is nothing you would be looking forward to in any zombie film, so do you really think Al Pachino or Robert Redford is going to play a part in any of these? Please..I don't know where your from, but here in the US its called "an opinion" sand we are all allowed to have them regardless if it is different from your, your dads, Hulk Hogans or Mr. Presidents...at least for now!

You must not get out much, my friend.

If this was the best since 2004, I would have lost interest in this genre a long time ago. If I have to get drunk to watch THIS movie, then I would have to get drunk for 90% of the garbage coming out of Hollywood. That said, I would eventually be one of the living dead myself.

This is just another example of low end film making to try and suck up a few bucks on a genre that is popular. IMHO.

I have not seen it yet, but I don't care for many non Romero zombie films. Except Return Of The Living Dead (original) and Zombie Lake. Both good for a laugh. Once was enough for the 04 ripoff of DOTD, and I skipped through it.

Well, you must live a very sad life

Good God... buddy, you are the reason why they keep making zombie movies this bad : they know that there's an audience like you out there. You're ruining it for the rest of us. How can we hope to demand a better level of zombie click with people like you coming up with comments like this??!?

"What I didn't like was there was too much talking"

.... have you considered going back and watching b&w silent movies from here on out? This would keep you out of our hair, and probably stand on the perfect entertainment level for you to keep up with and still have "fun".

"get drunk and watch this and you are in business!"

... I would NEVER mix alcohol with something as important to me as enjoying a zombie flick. Maybe I am a fanatic, but if you think beer could fix a bad movie, you are a moron. You probably think katsup makes steak taste better too. Do us a favor... be more critical of your zombie flicks. You deserve it. Hell we all do. No one should ever have to figure out, nor feel obligated, to get drunk, to improve a zombie flick. Period.

I don't drink alcohol. will i enjoy the movie if i smoke some pot?

Maybe not pure "zombies" but Planet Terror is a lot better than this, by 10 miles.

wahay
good to go

Kristina Klebe is the only good thing in it although the opening sequence did have a potentially good and novel idea for the infection narrative!
