I loved this film!!

I just finished watching Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic and I have to say.. I LOVED IT!!

There was nothing wrong with this film. The acting was great, especilly from the kids. The story is a cross between, Mary Poppins / Sound Of Music / Touched By An Angel, but then again, who of you who are young enough to remember the TV series Nanny & The Professor? or more recently Nanny McPhee?

There is a saying in Hollywood, than "nothing is original!" Everything has been copied to a degree from everything else.

As for the special effects, yes they can be done a lot better these days, but you have to understand that the Bollywood film industry is still in it's relative infancy, but they are getting there in that department. Look at their more recent offerings! I personally felt that the special effects lead to a certain charm for the film,plus you have to remember that it is a family film geared towards children. They will not quivell about the technical aspects of a film, they become absorbed in the story!

I would love to do an english re-make of this film one day!!
