Does anyone know if it is on DVD?

I saw the trailer and read the comments and it seems like an actual descent story line. It says it was out in theaters on October 2008 and yet I cannot find it anywhere. Was it actually in the theaters? Where?

I would like to see it, but I don't know where to find it. Can anyone tell me if it is out on DVD?
