Can't believe I never heard of this until today.
I even liked the narrative up until about 10 minutes after he got shot.
I loved the visuals so much. I can't believe how well the director depicted that "high on psychedelics" feeling. I've never seen anything close.
Any other films like this?????

Not really. I liked it for the neon, kitschy, cluttered, hallucinogenic, realistic feeling.
But I do like Strange Days. :)

The film Blueberry (aka Renegade) is known for its hallucination scenes being insanely close/realistic in comparison to actual ayahuasca visions (ayahuasca contains DMT, which Oscar smoked in Enter the Void) it's a pretty *beep* cowboy/western genre film with subpar acting (despite having some good actors, they just weren't casted well) but those psychedelic scenes are impressive. It has Vincent Cassel in it as the lead actor who was also in Irreversible, another Gaspar Noé film. I recommend Blueberry solely for its psychedelic scenes.
