Silly shallow dross from highly over rated director

How this has got such a high score on here is obvious ... All the clueless hipsters love this director and his second hand "outrageous ground breaking use of violence, sex and drugs" ... Yawwwwwwwwwwwn ... Seen it all before ... And done better ... By people who don't delude themselves into thinking they are being radically "intellectual" and and ending up just looking like a clueless dick head ... Phosphorescent paint and ultra violet is hardly a new medium ... Its been used in films since the middle of the last century ... Admittedly cameras and film are much more able to capture it now and cgi is pretty good ... But any depth in this fiasco is drowned by repetitive, well repetitive everything ... As stills this would be "pretty" ... As a film this is just boring pretentious bubble gum coloured trash for the void generation

Repetition is a huge part of the story. Spiraling in circles like a drug trip. It was a big part of the concept. It's certainly not a movie for everyone. Personally I loved it.
