LuAnn's wedding pics are up online

She looked really good, but about half a foot taller than the groom.

There was a group shot of her post-wedding that included Dorinda looking pretty, Kelly Ben Simon looking like a burnt piece of bacon and Jill Zarin looking like, well, Jill Zarin, and some older ladies wearing too-long hair styles for their age.

The wedding gown and the brunch dress the next day looked really nice and in surprisingly good taste for LuAnn. The post-wedding party dress was more LuAnn's style: an awful gray fur shruggie over a white dress with some kind of ugly chunky junk around the neckline. So two out of three isn't bad considering it was LuAnn.

At least now people can stop calling her Countess, although I would guess that's not something she's going to insist on.

That fur shruggie was tragic and Tom did look short at the wedding. Victoria's flower girl dress was prettier than Lu's wedding dress. Cynthia Bailey looked great, as usual.

If you have one with better pics, post 'em. I remember seeing that horrible fur shruggie, but I don't remember what site it was on.

Dear Cat,

They're on Brides.com with a link to Instagram.http://www.brides.com/story/luann-de-lesseps-wedding-photos :)

Well, good luck to them. I wonder if she'll stay on RHONYC now but I suspect she wants the paycheck and the media exposure.

Thanks! :)
Wow, what about that hideous star statement necklace?

Someone posted this blind item on the RHoBH board, and, like some of the comments on the site, I think it's about RHoNY and Tinsley Mortimer, with Lu and Sonja being the fake rich housewives.

I think she needs the money and loves the attention.

There have been several articles over the years re: what they're holding, and LuAnn usually comes in dead last, so yes, I agree that she needs the paycheck, and none of her business ideas, i.e., the singing, writing and clothing, have been hits.

I think Ramona and Bethenny are usually the ones with the deepest pockets, although Dorinda and Carolyn might be able to give them some competition these days. But none of them were raised with wealth, they married it or earned it themselves.

Plus, LuAnn's friends outside the show don't exactly come off as old money/real socialites. I think of all the cast members throughout the franchise as C-List celebrities but wealth with a capital W? Not many really are, and I can't think of anyone who was born into wealth who is on any of them. In fact old money would probably think all the cast members, even the few that have acquired real wealth, are NOKD -- "Not our kind, dear." But it would probably be boring to sit and watch well-mannered people interact each week.

And the New Jersey group are real knuckle draggers.

Yeah, that's why it'll hopefully get interesting when someone with old old real money (Tinsley) comes on the show. Sonja and Luann are both guilty of being snobby beyond their means.

I read somewhere that Carole has the highest net worth on the NYC franchise, about 50 million.

.....Cynthia looked gorgeous!

Sorry, but nothing else stood out to me. I guess since she's older and this wasn't her first time at the rodeo it didn't need to be over the top. She looked pretty though.
