Why does CNBC keep showing the same episodes over and over?

They have made many episodes, but they basically show the same episodes constantly. My boyfriend constantly has this show on, and I run screaming from the room because it is the same few episodes playing on a continual loop:

1. Tyco
2. Guy who prints counterfeit money
3. Church scams
4. Anne Hathaway's ex-boyfriend
5. Former manager of 'N Sync and Backstreet Boys.
6. Doctors with phony surgeries
7. Con artist who committed suicide

and a few others.

They've made so many episodes but keep running the same ones! Why???

MSNBC does the same exact thing with "Lockup". This is what happens when they play marathons or play the show several times a week. But for some reason, they play the same episodes instead of changing it up.

I did not know that because I watch the episodes on Hulu.com.

I think at this point I've seen everything so I just set my PVR to record only new episodes. It's always a delight when I'm checking my recorded shows and see a new episode of American Greed on the list.

I only was made aware of this show five weeks ago. I've been recording since then and every day is a HOLIDAY! I love this series so much!
