He is amazing. Some years back, Jerry Seinfeld's "Comedian" documented Seinfeld's struggle to come up with a completely new act. Wow. What a struggle to come up with 55 minutes of new things to say that have not been said before. Louis CK did this in two years, just like Seinfeld. By way of comparison, Joan Rivers used to come up with 7 new minutes per year. Penn & Teller about the same. Just saying, to come up with this caliber of material this quickly is an amazing thing; most comics get their 45 minutes and then live off the husk of that act for the rest of their performing days. There are some comics who still do impressions of Nixon and Carson. Craig Ferguson's most recent special in 2008 opens with his take on the movie "Highlander" (1986) and Sean Connery's James Bond (last seen in 1983 and before that 1971).
