Seriously, does any really think this movie was real?
Re-watch it and count how many times we sit there and watch the fat guy walking around/washing his face etc. The entire movie is just him filming himself trying to look cool.

shareWell not just that. Also the fact that THEY DIG UP THE BONES OF MARY MAGDELINE. Without any problems. They never run into one hiccup, no blockades, nothing. They find every person they need, whom always seem to have every piece of information they need.
How about the weird Priory guy in the shadowy interview. He repeatedly says "I won't say anymore." "I can talk about that." 5 minutes later, he's spilling the beans about some other information that is 50 times for volatile. The movie is just this director trolling religion.
They did not dig up the bones of Mary Magdalene, that's what they thought MIGHT be in the cave they found.
Right now, the French government is trying to find a way to excavate the cave without toppling it all down and destroying anything that may be in there. I'm not saying that's what they'll find, but what I'm saying is they don't know what they'll find. So I don't know if you missed that, but they did not dig up ANY bones and were not able to confirm anything. Burgess even says at a few points he knew it was possible it could be a scam, which of course if/when they dig up these supposed bones they may find out it really IS a scam.
