So, is the 'tomb' in the house cellar of 'Ben' (that is, Bill)?

Or were some props placed in an actual cave and then used to film the (hilariously convenient, and did I see fingers there?) "unveiling" of the "body"?

Pretty much the only thing I'm not sure about in this "documentary" is whether the figurehead is in on it, or is being hoaxed. As others say on the forum, he does seem simplistic. Then again, many have often used such facades as a convincing act...
