Lubrication (or rather a lack of it) **SPOILERS**

Were the makers of this movie not aware that with m-to-f sex reassignment surgery, the genitalia does not magically become self-lubricating?

After the rape by Zeca, Vera would undoubtedly have been in great agony, due to this, and her reconstructed genitalia severely damaged.

Not only this, but it was also rather silly in that a surgeon equipped to perform such a procedure as a vaginoplasty was completely unaware of the fact that artificial vaginas, again, are not self-lubricating and thus will require manual-lubrication prior to coitus.

Great idea, this movie, but very poor planning and research.
