I Missed the Ending (SPOILER ALERT)!

I taped this movie on the Sundance Channel recently and just watched it tonight. The film has been listed at 94 or 95 minutes. It was a very enjoyable and sexy movie. However, the film ran overtime and my recording stopped in what I think is the final scene. Help! Can someone who saw this film reveal the ending to me? The last minute I saw was when Jaime rejects Marcos' offer of paying for a place for them to live together by leaving, the next morning in bed, Jose tells Marcos she will wait for Jaime to come home, then Marcos pleads with her not to leave him alone, then there is the cutaway to an unfamiliar room where Jose reads a postcard from Marcos with the 3 wavy lines, then she looks at the door, and then my recording stops!!! Please tell me what happened next. I cannot find this movie anywhere? Who does everyone end up with?

The film only runs 30 seconds longer.
After she looks at the door there is a pan shot: You can see the corridor of the flat and at the end of the corridor is the kitchen.
After this scene the credits roll in. You missed no further dialogue or whatever.

Yep, loved that closing scene but there is no extra information whatsoever.

You didn't miss anything except the credits, as the above posters have told you. I would love to know if there IS an ending. Does Jose end up alone? Does Jaime ever come back? Whose apartment is Jose in, alone, reading the postcard at the end: the student's hangout or her family's home?

Can the three only exist together?

Really enjoyed the movie. DVRed it, just watched it for a second time to see if I missed something myself...

no clear conclusion. after marcos asks her if shes gonna wait for jaime to come back she nods yes then marcos leaves. then shes alone, shot of the hallway then closing credits.

Basically I took the ending to be Marco's painting in real life. The one he painted of her all alone that she liked so much. As depressing as the painting may have looked, it happened.

I taped this movie

Taped? WTF?
That's your problem right there.

For better or for worse, this is why I sometimes hate watching foreign films. Everyone knows the stereotypes; American films are more direct with neatly resolved endings and foreign films are more amorphous and often end with you throwing stuff at the screen as you scream in confusion about what the hell just happened. This is one of those times. I thought it was an OK movie but we're left not really knowing what happened. We're supposed to take a sip of wine, puff on our cigarettes, and spend the rest of the evening feverishly debating the most likely outcome.
