Music in later episodes of second series

Am I right in thinking the haunting piano music in the scene where Juliet cuts herself is Arvo Part's "Spiegel im Spiegel"? Why is it always so hard to find these things out? Surely music used in TV productions should be listed in the credits along with cast and crew?
