I also enjoyed the movie. I took Raquel took up jogging as a way to emulate the happiness and energy that Lucy brought to the house. It was almost as if Lucy's aura re-inspired Raquel.

Oh, I think she'll go back home to her employer all right. The jogging is in emulation of Lucy, but also a way of showing that she literally is now prepared to leave the house sometimes, go out and get a breath of fresh air, and remind herself she still had a life and desires that weren't entirely about her adopted family. All of which makes her happier and actually a better servant than when her whole life was in that one house.
