Why make it so raunchy?

The movie could have been more entertaining if wasn't so slapstick. The story line was good, but whoever decided that passing gas and overt sex is hilarious needs to get a grip.

It was me!
If you can't laugh at that stuff, how can you exist?
It must be funny that you have to excuse yourself and fart in private. Wait, no you see that's the whole thing. Laughing at it makes it easier. Accept these things and you can loosen up and enjoy life a little instead of worrying about what everyone thinks.
Just try it, fart on the next person you see.

There is a one very brief sex scene involving Heather but it is not raunchy.

Seriously, it was disgusting. I had the impression it was a lighthearted romantic comedy. It was just completely vile. The sex and nudity didn't even have anything to do with the story, it was completely gratuitous. I would be embarrassed to watch that movie with anyone.

Who assured you it wass "Lighthearted romantic comedy" and ot a raunchy comedy?
Nudity and sex was exactly to the point. It was not gratuitous at all. Directro clearly shows two different people and their approcahes to sex in their life.

If your moral values do not allo to see you liberal stuff just stay away, OK? and let normal people enjoy normal stuff.

poor your husband or "significant other"... You probably make love in your clothes... shame.

Yes it is hilarious to see some raunchy stuff and it mixes well with comedy like that. It was funny.

Those of you sex-phobs and nudity-phobs on advise: go watch "G" movies and let us, normal people enjoy life.

If you can't enjoy life tat does ot mean nobody should.

There were great sex comedies in 70s 80s even now (Road Trip, American Pie).
What's wrong with that?

It seems to me as though they were trying to immitate movies like "Knocked Up" and "40-Year Old Virgin". They failed.

The raunchiness was pretty much the only redeeming quality of this movie.
