I find it funny they just decided to throw in a fake pregnancy. I like her scenes especially when she's explaining something gross and the guys are all trying to keep it in and look tough. Then to have that big ole belly in your face is hilarious.
The scene were the guy died in his bed and putrefied and she's wearing that tight white suit was so revealing. Lol

Definitely fake. When she was in the sewer, she was having trouble keeping the pillow in place

I assumed both her pregnancies were real (season 1 and 4) as what would be the point of faking them? they added nothing to the story! But oh well!
