I haven't seen this, so can anybody tell me how this could be the FIRST of multiple seasons of a finite story by Thomas Hardy? Can't the whole story be told in the 4 one-hr episodes of the so-called "season 1"? Are they going to make up further adventures of Tess? Please help me with this conundrum?
