I live in Springfield OH......where part of this was filmed...

....and I remember when they were filming it here. It was kind of a big deal.
Finally watched it today. recognized a couple of the sites. Wow. Not expecting Citizen Kane, but it was an effort to get through it. Obviously a vanity piece by the writer, producer, actor playing Fonda's brother, because he probably always felt he looked like him (which he does). I like movies of all kinds, I even appreciate "bad" movies, but this one is a little too bad, and takes itself WAY too seriously. See it if you want, but don't say I didn't warn you.
