Do you think beth still has feelings for him? Or maybe Adam visits beth after he received that letter and they start dating again? It feels kind of sad if the don't end up together.
This love story is not as innocent as it looks and has some darker and more morbid tones.
I think it's highly probable that they ended up together.
Let's hope so, we'll never know otherwise because a sequel won't be made.
