Season 3 is HORRIBLE. Does it get better?

Thought the first season was just 'okay.' Second season felt much better, especially towards the end.

But this third season....horrible. Hardly any Jedi stories, no real villain, and lots of stories involving kids. I don't get how they went from Season 2 to Season 3.

Does it get better?
