IDF soldiers hanging off skids of UH-1

There was a scene where some IDF soldiers decided to hitch a ride on a low-flying Huey, and was wondering if there were any soldiers who did that either in the IDF or in any other army (US did use Hueys A LOT in Vietnam, after all).

As much as the IDF is obsessed with safely (I believe there is no army in the world that put so many measures to ensure its soldiers' safety as Israel), I don't think the Israeli army would have allowed that. But that scene is obviously a parody of the chaos in war in general.
