I wanted to attend the showings in NY, but they didn't run it long.

It opens Friday, January 13th in Washington DC at The West End Theater. Here is the info for the theater http://westendcinema.com/coming_soon.html#cormans_world . Though it sounds like you are in NYC... Sorry you missed it. DVD and Blu Ray coming soon.
