Like a lot of others, I feel as if the documentary not only skipped over some vital areas of Corman's film history, but I also got the feeling that there were chunks missing from the documentary.

It is the same with NOT QUITE HOLLYWOOD and MACHETE MAIDENS. If you get the Australian DVDs, both of those docs are MUCH longer (at least 30 to 60 minutes longer) than the US DVD releases.

It could have and should have been much longer, but I guess they tried to keep it the same length of most of Mr. Corman's films. Interestingly enough, the man himself remains a bit of a mystery, but his work speaks for itself. 8/10 stars from me.
