It gives you information on where and when this film is playing on the U.S. Mainland.

I don't know about overseas distribution, but if you post the question on that site, I'm sure the filmmakers will respond - I believe it has already been shown some places in Europe.

Not sure if you can use Netflix streaming service, but it is also on there right now.
