Hawaiians, Native Americans, Blacks, Etc...

The white man has destroyed every civilization he's ever touched. I hope this film gives a true depiction of what actually happened.

We are all part of the Human Race. Anybody that talks about blacks & whites as separate, clearly likes to stir things up again.
If you go back far enough, we are all related in some way.

Exactly. It's really humanity in general that is flawed, and the quest for POWER that causes one culture to dominate another. The color of the skin is irrelevant-- though it may be used by those in power as a convenient device to set one side against the other. This was done throughout history not just by white-skinned cultures, but by all cultures.

When color is not the issue, people discriminate by religion, by sex, by nationality, etc. Although this still goes on today, the great availability of information and communication between different cultures has (hopefully) brought us closer together than in the past.

The war is not meant to be won... it is meant to be continuous.

If you want a true depiction of what actually happened, order the documentary "Lili'uokalani -- Hawaii's Last Queen" ..SCANDALOUS!! My tutu (great granny) lost her land b/c of the take over. Anyway the documentary could be see at YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WuKLYVLJya4&feature=related

I couldnt watch the whole movie Princess Kaiulani (2009) becuase of how it was so sugar coated and boring...but most of, b/c they used a Peruvian Indian/ Swiss actree who looked nothing like our beloved browned skinned princess ..and her acting was even boring as Pocahontas. I have nothing against her ..She just cant act nor hold the viewers attention. She's not pretty and she just doesnt have a strong presence

Thank you for this link, I love learning about the real history of Hawaii.

Is "The White Man" an individual person? How can I meet him? Silly sentiment. Races do not commit actions as a unified front.
