Could Kenneth possess more than 2 people at once (spoilers)?

this would sort of explain the woods scene where Catherine watches the video of herself after waking up in the body bag. Kenneth possessed some dude so he could have sex with Catherine, also under possession.

Would also explain the doctor thing at the end (maybe he was possessed simultaneously while Kim was possessed).

Doesn't help the $7 Blu Ray I got doesn't even have a title screen, let alone extras.

Maybe this was planned for a sequel. All I know is this Arielle Kebbel chick is HAWT. More please :)
