Body Bag scene

I need help understanding the scene where Catherine gets out of the body bag. I see the blood from her nose and the voice coming out of her mouth saying 'Freakdog.' It made me think that Kenneth was possessing her and that she was phone videoing herself...until the video shows her walking away towards another figure. Who was videoing her with her own 'phone? Any thoughts/ideas?
