A random opinion...

I rarely post my opinions on films here but I'm going to make an exception; I absolutely loved this movie. A Chick Flick (love story) set in the adult film industry so both sexes can be comfortable enjoying this comedy romp that is far more of a reflection on reality than a farce on the industry. They did an outstanding job of creating a multi-layered life imitating art underlined tone through out the film that really is obvious yet endearing. Meanwhile, the majority of the acting was superb and most importantly believable (which I don't think you can honestly judge unless you've worked in the film industry to know just how well some of these actors fit the character). I'd love to be able to talk about the visual aspects of the film and express how much I enjoyed how the Director created an outstanding shot list or the cinematographer captured the vision so well or the lighting in such an unique way, but I can't. That in itself is perhaps the greatest compliment I can give this film: as a filmmaker myself we tend to watch how the movie was "made" instead of watching the movie; when watching Finding Bliss I forgot about "filmmaking" and just enjoyed the show!

Having had to write subtitles for such films, I have to say the less tasteful aspects of an "adult" film were ignored. These are the inevitable girl on girl scene and the final coitus interruptus.

I second that emotion, Brad, and I have written as much in a couple of other threads. I am not a filmmaker and I think that, for that reason, I was able to just go with the film, which I found funny and smart, which I did not expect when I started watching (by accident, by the way.)
