What book was Kay Kay reading?

I have googled the beep out of Dr. Richmond Hanneman but found no reference to any such anthropologist or person online or in google book search. Anyone know if the book Kay Kay was reading in the library was a real book at all? Anyone else nerdy enough to be curious about it?
