Is this worth watching?

I just starting watching this show, I have only seen two or maybe three episodes, but I recently found out (from an old episode of Big Bang Theory, actually) that this show ends its second and final season on a cliffhanger without resolving major plot points. As Sheldon from Big Bang Theory said: "That show ended with all the residents of New York either dead or unconscious." That's a pretty big plot point left unresolved...

So I'm wondering; is it worth watching two seasons of a show I know won't end properly, ultimately leaving me feeling unfulfilled and wanting closure, or should I save my time and watch something else?

I have no enemies, but am intensely disliked by my friends.
