6.5/10? Idiots.

I saw this film yesterday. I must say it was thoroughly entertaining. The plot is basically a DDLJ gone wrong and sour feelings that stem from past relationships being undone. In a realistic scenario, I doubt I'd ever go back to my ex girlfriends and apologize but nonetheless, what a very good performance from all the actors.

Ranbeer Kapoor is terrific and he was so comfortable as Raj.
Bipasha Basu, oh my goodness, has she improved, she looks almost as hot as she does in Race and man, does she spit fire in this movie
Deepika was good, didn't over-act, has a bit of a behenji accent but chalegi yaar, she has a great "you know what" and looked quite outlandish at that party scene.
Kunal Kapoor was very good, too.

The film is amazing if you like travelling. At no point in the film are you bored and if you Were, too bloody bad.

This film is basically Kismat Konnection on steroids. I see no reason for 6.5/10. It's not like I'd give it ten but it does deserve an 8 on the richter scale.

I loved how they covered stereotypes but never once did they hurt sentiments of any community. There is nothing hypocritical about the film and the music and sets were kick "you know what"

Stop bluffing, start praising.

Terrific entertainment. Singh is Kinng is next.

I enjoyed this one way more than Jaane Tu. That somehow fell flat for me everytime Genelia was on screen. The friends were quite atrocious and the plot wafer thin. This one was better on all counts. I did like Imraan quite a bit, but frankly Ranbir played his role with an ease that I have not seen in a one film old newbie in a long time.

I wonder if the people who rate it 6.5 (which is pretty low) like anyone in the cast. I like the whole female cast and also think Ranbir is progressing. There were several things that lifted it above the mundane for me. The music intervals, the locations, and most especially the divinely lovely Deepika.

But I know there are people out there who just don't like these things as much as I did. Maybe they never saw the charming Chandni of India Calling and didn't get a little lift seeing her cute little hand motion in a musical number.

Stuff like this is what separates ratings. Look at how some people go total pagal over Akshay Kumar movies. I can take or leave most of them. I would expect some of those people to rate my favorite movies lower.

That's actually very well put. Thank you for sharing.
