no, it's not.

it actually starts well, then 30min from the end, it turns into a gore/zombie/z movie with nonsense plot (a better explanation would be no ideas at all from the writers), peoples running and screaming, and the typical graphic (bad) "gore" action sequences.

It's not unwatchable -if you know what you're going into- but I won't recommend it.

It's a decent idea at the start but the mutant prisoner angle was idiotic and the acting awful.
Terrible film half decent idea.
