Writing on the truck?

Can anyone translate?
The scene is Taani & Raj on their bike passing several trucks (just as they are showered with flower petals) on their way to a day together.

The writing is: "hum hain rahi pyar ke, phir milenge, chalte chalte" which is the catchphrase that Raj says to taani everytime they say goodbye to each other.

hum hain rahi pyar ke - We are travellers on the path of love

phir milenge - we'll meet again

chalte chalte - as we keep going on the way
