Do you think their relationship lasted?

The movie is fantasy fluff but it doesn't go as far with the end with saying the two of them married or lived happily ever after.

Do you think they would've?

I can't see how Jackie could up and move to Hawaii, leave her business behind, and relocate her kids for Kyle. Kyle made it clear he didn't want to move to the mainland, and disliked even visiting there. I doubt the long distance relationship in the long run would've been satisfying for either of them.

One of problems I had with the story was how much Jackie was sacrificing to see Kyle, while he didn't do the same.
