Locklear's hair looks AWFUL! She has obvious black roots on the top...
of her head. It looks as if someone took a paintbrush and went
over the top middle of her hair with black paint.

The worst part was how dry it looked. If they were going for the worn out working mom look, they got it. Her hair was bad.
