Does Anyone Know Who Played 'Knockout?'

Hi there! I've been reading the board information and I haven't seen the question addressed here, so I thought I'd ask -- does anyone know the name of the guy who plays Cali Cal's parole officer, Knockout? My sister and I think he looks familiar, but we can't quite put our finger on who he is. He kinda looks like a chubby Wayans brother, in my opinion. I've searched the IMDB and all over the Internet and I just can't find his name. Can someone help me out? Thanks!

Never mind, my sister emailed me like an hour after I posted this to say she found out who it was. It's Claude Brooks, in case anyone else is interested. Thanks anyway!
