Agreed..I always rolled my eyes when he yelled at Oz.
I don't recall ever seeing that man happy..

I find him just OK. And he was eventually supportive of Oz when Oz decided to go for a promotion.

Also, I find Michelle's character a head-scratcher...I can't understand how she figures out whether to wait for backup or to go in.

In either case, I don't get TOO irritated with either of them.
