Do YOU believe demons exist??

I believe so. Even skeptics have been haunted by demons before.

reply

Of course they exist and they are powerful but when you have the Holy Spirit and a personal relationship with JesusChrist, they are afraid of you, LITERALY AFRAID and they learn not to mess with you although they will try unsuccesfully most of the time.

Funniest post I've seen on imdb. The sad thing is people actually believe that.

reply

I can't believe in the year 2013 people are pathetic enough to believe in demons, and actually think if Jesus did actually live, he was a son of god, which god doesn't exist.

reply

You two are retarded..God doesn't exist? Yeah easy to say for a deity who can neither be proven NOR disproven. Just because someone believes something you don't doesn't mean they're wrong..It does however make YOU wrong for trying to say stupid crap like god doesn't exist. If he didn't exist or was so easily "debunked" then belief would've ended in him a long time ago. Let me guess..You're one of those who thinks the whole universe started with a "bang" right?ROFL!

reply

Keep to your ignorance, it suits you. Look how many gods have come and gone, and no one believes in the same God to this very day. The one you believe in will also become just another myth. The story is so stupid I can't imagine how anyone can believe, unless they just get their Sunday dosage of God spoonfed as most do one day a week.

reply

Nice try nama but I put your retarded self on ignore because I knew whatever you would say in response would be a load of crap and the typical atheist bullsh*t that they always post when someone calls them out,so I don't get pestered by anything you say since it won't show up. Run along troll :D

reply

And by starting crap with me online then ignoring me shows everyone you are nothing but a closed minded idiot. You don't care about reality, you care about the fantasy you created in your own head that you wish was reality.
Coward!!!

reply

Yet here you are arguing and crying over something that doesn't exist. You starved for attention bro?

reply

"post ignored"..Mmm how I love seeing that show up every time a foolish little troll like you tries to respond to what I say nama :D

reply

A coward runs from the knowledge that they are wrong.

Yeah that's why I put namaHOMO on ignore because I knew anything he would say afterwards would be complete and utter bull****. I get giggles out of it because I know he's probably running his mouth every time I say something but he has to suffer with knowing that no matter what he says..Nobody cares and I don't acknowledge it because he gets to accept the fact that he's ignored and has to acknowledge his verbal ass whooping

reply

Sure you did dickhead. I only have one person on these board on ignore, because the guy is a psychotic tool bag who wants me so badly he decided to search for my place of work, my home address, and anything else he could find. That's a stalker mentality and something I don't care to deal with.

It's only sad to you .
I'd like a chance t' shoot at an educated man once in my life .

reply

Not necessarily as literal entities that can possess people. I figure they're psychological archetypes of some kind.

reply

[deleted]

I love how people believe in the dumbest crap, and then the rebuttal of "Jesus keeping demons away". How low level an education can they have, or are they under the age of 10 still listening to all the fairytales mommy and daddy tell them so they won't cry when the family pet or grandma dies?

reply

They are real so long as the fear in your brain makes them real.

reply

I'm more inclined to fear things based on reality. Bad economy, losing a job, breaking up with someone you give a crap about, car accidents, criminals, murderers. You know, things that actually happen in this world.

reply

Uuuumm.. we haven't heard from Lezaza_997 on here in awhile. I wonder what happened?

Anyway, demons are real. There has been real exorcist done over the years. Even Mediums and Ghost Hunters have come across these evil spirits.

It's funny how people on this planet believe they are the only entities in the universe. We are obviously here for a reason and you'd be crazy not to believe in other beings that are "out there".

Wow, what a detailed and fact filled post you just made. I now believe in demons now that you exposed the truth about them with that shocking expose.

reply

NamaGemo, why do you have such a problem with what people believe? You're the one coming across as being ignorant here. I've seen your type before, so desperate to not believe in anything that you're absolutely obnoxious and over the top with it.

Let it go, it's not your place to tell people what to believe in or what to not believe in...just the same as it isn't my place or anyone else's to try to make you believe in anything.

Bottom line, stop being an obnoxious prick.

If you love someone, set them free. If they come back, nobody else wanted them either.

reply

I believe you are missing the point. Historically for other countries their cultures revolve around the belief in demons as the Bible well explains in itself. In reference to Demons it is of significance to remember a broader perspective that entails the relevance of the existance of good due to the irreputable evidence of evil. Logic dictates that because there is evidence of evil and the Devil, as witnessed by numerous witnesses from who's stories this film was loosely based on, that there is indeed a source of good...or God. So it is not outside the scope of reality to see how a belief in God or Jesus Christ would be an attribute that would indeed ward off demons. Of which I believe are indeed real.

reply

You mention evidence of the devil and God, but why go a step beyond the reality that we all see?
Humans are animals and are capable of being good and bad, why the need for an external force when one isn't needed?

Again, this goes to ego and the idea that people being animals that can think, fear their own mortality and pretending a god exists is a feel good idea more than a concept based on reality.

Isn't the idea of this board to discuss our opinions? And you're wrong, we DO have knowledge on a lot of things, and I'm willing to believe in anything if the burden of proof is met, and each of us sets our own level. I just choose not to set the bar so low that I look gullible.
I have no problem admitting I'm wrong of evidence presented itself to show something exists where I previously felt it didn't.

You have a completely legit example that belief didn't make something real, and check his response. Instead of combating you with logic, he realizes you nailed him and had nothing but an insult. At least man up and say, valid point, but I still don't like you.

If you are mentally challenged, and state that one comment will prove whether such a debatable but easily won topic about things that could not exist, and have no sufficient proof to back up this rather ridiculous and juvenile statement, and are 100% proud of it, copy this and make it your signature!

then you should get this guys stuff, I think it is interesting. Been listening to this guy here and there about the subject. K.W. Kesler or demon101.com

reply

I believe in ghosts so yes I do believe in demons. I didn't know ghosts and demons were different though until I saw this movie. I just thought there were good and bad ghosts.

reply

I believe in them...yes i do, i know theyre real...i partially died and went to hell, and while i was down there i was in a room with 1 T.V. that played nothing but paranormal activity and there was a demon that kept my eyelids open and FORCED me to watch this stupid *beep* movie...i was glad to be shocked and brought back to life.

Someone is not 'uneducated' if they enjoyed this film or believe in demons. It's quite sad that people can simply crush other people's beliefs simply because they think its 'silly' or 'illogical'

To answer the original question - yes I believe they exist.

reply

First, I enjoyed this film, even though demons don't exist.

Second, your statement is inaccurate. The fact that one perceives a belief to be "illogical" is a valid reason to refute or crush said belief. Also I would assume that statistically there is a correlation between people who believe in demons and low education. It is a fact that there is a correlation between religious belief and level of education. The less educated are more likely to believe in god, and by extension they are more likely to believe in other related supernatural phenomena (ie. demons). People with more education are less likely to hold religious beliefs.

I'm getting off track... All I really want to say is, you can believe in anything you want, and I can believe that your beliefs are silly, untrue, and ridiculous. That is not sad, we are on a discussion board.
