DVD release in 3D actually works good

Although not as incredible as the theatrical 3D experience, the DVD release in 3D works pretty well. Much better than Paramount's 3D DVD of "Friday the 13th part 3" a few years back.
The glasses are also a 2 color type lens, but not Red/blue. These are
Magenta/Green and for whatever reason works very well.
