There was an obvious clue about who would be chosen as the winner

***SPOILERS***

Right before Anne said "We have reached a decision", she said "They're both gonna have careers in fashion". That last line was IMO a telltale sign that they had chosen Johana as the winner, because Dyshaun already has some fashion experience and he's talented at styling outfits and layouts. So basically they were saying that Dyshaun will eventually find some kind of position in fashion on his own.

But anyway, I was glad to see Johanna win!

Reading too much into it.
Really she means they both could have careers in fashion after the show.

Not a clue... but really as if she would pick Dyshaun or Megan... like come on!

The more obvious clue (at least for me) was when Dyshawn said, "Are you nervous? Sucks for you." That shot was clearly chosen to make sure we disliked him (as if we didn't already), and then be happy that he lost. All reality shows seem to do this-- they choose their shots to make sure the audience knows who the villain is one last time before the winner is chosen, and then we all give a sigh of relief when that person loses. As soon as I saw him say that, I knew he wouldn't win.

I agree with company-b, what you saw/read did not give a clue to who won. I agree that you read too much into it or using the hind sight being 20/20.

On a seperate note, I knew Johanna was going to win because she had the writing experience behind her. Well, let me take that back. I didn't know she was going to win, but I had a feeling she would have made it to the final three, which she did. I thought by some fluke, Kate would win. I figured Megan to get the boot sooner than Kate, but I believe Kate got the boot when she did because of her outburst at the judging. There's a time to be outspoken and there's a time not to be and that DEFINITELY was not the time, but when she got the boot, was the time. Make sense? I sure hope so
