The only real funny scene
The only real funny scene in all the movie is the one that I called "The Car, The Dope and The Traffic Inspector" :)
All other meant-to-be-funny scenes ain't worth a pin. Globally speaking.

people of the world! i just want you to know that actually russians (and all post -USSR PEOPLE) like some good humor, like Cohen's movies for example. And we consider this "Samyy luchshiy film" as a total mistake, some miscarriage.

I got your point. I am Azerbaijani and, as you may guess, Russian language is my second native one and the Russian culture is what I have been absorbing since my birthday. But:
I'm totally backing you up. But got a single remark: this movie is only and absolutely counter indicative for an american and western audience, but not for us. We can draw parallels between the Russian (or CIS's, as you like) famous TV show called "Comedy Club", "Nasha (Our) Russia" and the like and this movie. You know what I'm talking about.
But, totally frankly speaking, it's not as worth as, for instance, a miserable "American Pie" and alike Hollywood garbage.
