Orchestral score (closing ceremonies)

During the closing ceremonies, they had a bit where 3 "athletes" symbolically ascended an airplane ramp and watched as the flame was extinguished. The score during this part was AMAZING. It sounded better than most movie scores!

Does anyone know who composed this piece and what it was called?
