Idiot In The Yellow T-Shirt

Did anyone else see this guy? Every time a Superstar came down the aisle he was looking at the camera pulling stupid faces which made him look like he was mentally retarded. I found this guy to be highly annoying. He wasnt interested in the wrestlers, just in making himself look like 'special' person. Did anyone else notice?
